Salmon caviar, dried scallops congee.

Congee has always been my comfort food for my whole life and it is also the most chosen dish when you are not well or poorly in Taiwan.

But putting salmon caviar on top of my congee is a new idea for me. ( and I am so glad I found it at @eira.lee )

I bought this salmon caviar from @waitroseandpartners .
And marinate it with a tea spoon of mirin and soy sauce.

Then the next day, top it my congee was truly made my day!

這週難得的臺灣英國同步低溫，天天2、3度的氣溫，讓我想起煮粥的滋味。
也剛好前兩天才買了一罐鮭魚子包壽司，還剩下一大半。 感謝 @eira.lee 的idea，看到她的動態，把鮭魚卵加在粥裡面一起吃。
立刻拿出味霖和醬油醃漬，隔天煮好干貝粥，依樣畫葫蘆的來一碗。
好舒心、好滿足！
